Paul Janssen works at Triarii since 2008. He graduated corporate econometrics in 1992. From 1992 to 1997 he worked at the Dutch National Rail. From 1997 to 2005 he worked at PriceWaterhouseCoopers, followed by 4 years at the City of Zoetermeer. In 2002 he graduated the Executive Master Finance & Control. Paul has the following core experience:

  • Programme and project management. Paul is an experienced project manager: setting, guiding and controlling projects based on time, money, quality, organisation, content and information.
  • Public services. In 2007 and 2008 Paul was programme manager public services. He was responsible for several projects including: setting up a "client contact centre", callcenter, digital office, post offices, regional services and culture.
  • Public finance. On behalf of the Dutch Ministries of Justice and Internal Affairs, Paul did the full cost analysis for setting up and executing the civic integration exams in Dutch embassies and consulates (142 offices worldwide). He was head of the unit Financial Administrative Services in the 19th largest Dutch city (Zoetermeer). For the European Space Agency (ESA), Paul developed a model that maps the economic benefit for host countries of ESA establishments.

With Triarii Paul focuses on public service: Citizens and business should not be pushed around by government. Clients should, as often as possible (at least 80%), be serviced in one contact. Website phone and office should be aligned in service. This is the challenge for governments and Triarii can help you meet that challenge.

With Triarii, Paul also targets government finances. The often complex, ambitious, innovative and costly projects must be thoroughly controlled and described. Knowledge of both the financial and the policy side is essential to make a balanced judgment. Triarii helps you in each stage of this process: from preparation to successful implementation.
